gooday there, i just came across your web portal on google, and i would like to say that you express interestingly well via your web portal. i am very taken by the way that you write, and the message is excellent. in any case, i would also love to know whether you would love to exchange links with my web portal? i will be certainly more than happy to reciprocate and put your link off in the link section. looking for your respond, thanks and have a great day!

Same experience with Zoho -- it feels like a MS app of the 90's. For a fully integrated solution, you may also consider WORKetc. Decent and cost-conscious, but UI is not very sexy.

If you do not need a project-based system, check out Supernova. It's sleek.

Solve360 integrates with Constant Contact and some invoicing app. The project blog paradigm is great for service oriented small business. Solve360 feels good. Once the existing features are better integrated, it will be great.

Wow... you only need to spend a few minutes on the Solve360 site to realise why these guys exist. They talk straight - i love their post on "it's not for everybody". Signed up and love it. I too was using zoho and just getting stuck on update after update to get things done with no real feeling of progress. I love the email integration on Solve360 also - super simple.

I think there's time tracking these days. Invoicing no, but I'm sure the guys are working on some integration with some kind of a billing / invoicing system. If I were them, I wouldn't try to implement all of these features in one system. That just seems to be too much. Do one thing, and do it well!

Alef, excellent review of Solve360. You nailed it when you said users should be happy and excited to use a CRM. And no question 360 is a lot of fun to use. An amazing amount of creative thought went into this application.

However, the one key element that keeps me from using 360 is its lack of time tracking and invoicing functionality. I hope that is added at some point in the near future, that would make Solve360 the perfect SAAS app for running my freelancing business.
