ScreenFlow and blip.tv

I just published my first screencast I created using ScreenFlow, a product recently released by Vara Software. ScreenFlow is getting raving reviews all over the web and I also immediately bought the tool after having tried it out for a few days.

It’s very easy to use and not just for the simple cases. Have a look at the screen cast on the SpringSource blog.

Obviously one has to publish a screencast too. This is what I used blip.tv for. Recommended by fellow Twitter user Jaap Stronks (jaapstronks.nl), it proved to be an excellent place to store the screencasts. I haven’t ran into the size limit yet, you can use both the Flash player they have, which is pretty high-quality and the QuickTime player, which would actually use the original QuickTime movie you’ve uploaded.
