Oh, and while on my way to Cairo, at Venice airport, I bought myself a new pair of in-earphones. I had forgotten my Shures, which I didn’t like that much anyway. Everybody seems to love the, but they’re way too in-ear for me and I didn’t like the sound quality that much either, especially for the amount I paid for them–I think I paid €160,=.

So now I have a pair of Sony earphones, more specifically the MDR-EX90LP. I had to test if they worked with the iPhone (with its tiny jack plug opening they’re making it more difficult to put your jack plug in, so be sure to check if it fits). They cost half of what the Shures cost and I’m already convinced they’re better. The last test they have to go through is the airplane (I’m getting on a plane in a minute, so I’ll find out soon enough).
