New to me: Lëtzebuergesch

I’m in Luxembourg for the week and I have a confession to make: I never knew there was an official language other than French or German in Luxembourg. Luxembourgish is the official of Luxembourg! It’s not the only administrative language however. Administrative languages other than Luxembourgish also include French and German.

Now, I’m wondering, does this mean all government official documentation is translated into three languages?

The children are tall (according to Wikipedia, because Wikipedia is always right) in Luxembourgish: D’Kanner si grouss.

I’m in Remich by the way, in Hotel Saint-Nicolas alongside the borders of the Moesel, a pretty nice place. I’m driving back and forth to Luxembourg City every day to visit my client and I did some running on the German side of the Moesel today…
